<h3>Attendance</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The expression 'Regular course of study' means attendance required to be put in by a candidates in the lectures, and practical.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The college would be under and obligation to ensure 75% attendance of a regular student out of the total classes held in an academic session in the college as required under the guideline of U.G.C. and direction of Ho'nble High Court, Rajasthan.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">In any case no relaxation is given for appearing in the examination where the student has not completed 75% attendance.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Examinations are conducted according to the syllabus prescribed for the LLB course and the Ordinance, Rules and Regulations in Force. Students are advised to purchase a copy of syllabus of the course and to acquaint with the rules and regulation.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Notwithstanding anything contained in these ordinances, a candidate shall in no case be permitted to appear at two main examination of the University simultaneously in the same year.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">A candidate who wishes to apply for revaluation of his answer book (S) should submit an application on the prescribed from obtainable by university on payment of Rs. 10/- together with the requisite fee to the Registrar, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur Before the expiry of 30 days excluding the date on which was declared. If 30th day happens to be a holiday the next working day shall be last date. [0.157-A(a)]</p>
